How to Reserve your Niseko Winter Ski Lessons 

• When your accommodation booking is confirmed, we will send you a special link to our service booking page.
• You can choose to complete your order for the required services and send it to The Niseko Company via email (reservations@thenisekocompany.com) or fax.
• You can also choose to reserve your Niseko accommodation and winter activities at the same time. 

Pro Powder - Lessons | Mountain Orientation | Improvement Camps | Ladies Ski Day

• Pro Powder offers private Instruction and guides for more experienced skiers and snowboarders.
   
• They have a limited number of guides.  Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
   
• Pro Powder also offers programs such as Mountain Orientation (available for all three ski resorts - Annupuri resort, Higashiyama - Niseko Village (Hilton) and Grand Hirafu), Improvement Camps and Ladies Day.  (Please click here for more information)

1. All Pro Powder Lesson Bookings are subject to the following Cancellation Policy:
   -  Before 2 days from your lesson day - 100% cancellation fee.
   -  Between 2 days and 1 week before - 50%
   -  Between 1 week and 2 weeks before - 25%

Terms and Conditions

1. In taking a lesson with NBS the customer, parent or guardian understands that snow sports can be dangerous and may result in injuries. NBS will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after service has taken place.
2. All lessons have a meeting time of 15 minutes prior to lesson start time. Group lesson bookings are deemed to be cancelled if the student does not show up within 20 minutes after the lesson start time.
3. Cancellations by guest as the result of bad weather will not be refunded. Only ofἀcial Resort staff can declare the mountain closed. NBS reserves the right to merge groups of differing age and ability level.
4. Children’s lesson age is up to 14 years old. Minimum age is 3 years old and must be toilet trained. Minimum age for children’s snowboard lessons is 7 years old.
5. Private lesson prices are based on one person per instructor, an additional person cost is ¥3,000 per person. Maximum of 4 people in a private lesson.
6. Lift tickets must be purchased prior to the start of the lesson. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children have a valid lift ticket. Any part of any lesson missed as a result of not having a valid lift ticket is non-refundable or transferable.
7. Parents or guardians of any child booked into children’s lessons MUST have fully completed a registration form prior to the lesson start time. Failure to do so could result in parents or guardians not being advised in the event of an emergency.

Private Lessons

Terms and Conditions

1. Lift pass is not included in the tour fee. Please prepare the lift pass for your lesson area.
2. First timer might not use lift pass at first. If you did not purchase any lift pass yet, instructor will advise you if you should buy it then or later. Please bring some money for the pass.
3. Ski/snowboard rental is not included in the lesson fee. NAC does not have any rental service for these but they can be rented locally.
4. Please prepare all equipment before you meet your instructor.
5. The Lesson starts exactly at the starting time. Please get all ready before the starting time.
6. If the participants level were mixed in a group, instructor will adjust teaching level for the leased advanced level participant(s).
7. Lesson might be canceled due to the weather condition, if so we will contact you the night before or in the morning of your tour. Please inform us of alternate dates.
