Booking Terms & Conditions 2009-2010
Please carefully read our Booking Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions please contact The Niseko Company before making a booking.
The Niseko Company and the owners of any property managed by The Niseko Company rent the property under the following conditions:
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
HOW TO BOOK
- Reservation requests can be made by email (reservations@thenisekocompany.com) or by fax at +81 136-21-7274.
- Our reservations team will send you a personalized quote based on your needs with a detailed costing of the holiday.
TO SECURE THE BOOKING
- The Niseko Company requires a 20% non-refundable deposit within 10 days from the date on the personalized quote. Please send a copy of the receipt after you complete your transfer. Payment by credit card requires a return of the personalized quote including completed credit card details and signature. For your convenience paperwork can be returned by fax on +81 136-21-7274 or by email (reservations@thenisekocompany.com).
- Final Payment is required no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
CONFIRMATION
Availability is subject to change at anytime. The reservation is confirmed only when the 20% non-refundable deposit has been received by The Niseko Company.
Please check the confirmation invoice carefully and take note of the final payment due date.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- The Niseko Company requires a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to confirm the guest’s reservation.
- A preliminary reservation can be held by request only for a maximum of 10 days from the time the personalized quote is issued.
- After 10 days, your preliminary reservation will lapse and the reservation may be offered to other parties. The deposit needs to be received within that time period in order to confirm the reservation. Please be aware that availability can change at any time.
- Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by Visa, Master Card, Diners, or American Express.
- All Credit Card payments will be processed in YEN.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer to the account details provided. All bank charges must be covered by the customer, inclusive of the bank charges in Japan.
- By paying your deposit, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Please note that payments cannot be split.
- The person taking responsibility for the booking must make all payments.
FINAL WINTER PAYMENT DATE
- From December 1st to April 30th (hereinafter “Winter Season”), full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. In the Winter Season, reservations made within 60 days must be paid in full within 10 days of confirmation of the booking.
